    As well as making sure new projects are completed to the high standards our customers expect, I also keep in touch with existing clients on a regular basis to ensure they are getting the best out of their website.

    Having started out as an apprentice, I’ve learned about the business and its processes from the “ground up”. As an account manager, I have the experience needed to aid our clients with their website(s) and marketing efforts.

    I’m here to answer any questions and address any queries our customers may have, and am responsible for communicating with customers during the development of their website(s).

    I work with the rest of the Customer Services Department, keeping them all feeling young with my terrible jokes and excitable personality.

    I joined in 2008. Back then, I was the sole Customer Account Manager for the entire company, with a wide variety of duties.

    This provided me with a great deal of experience in customer support, web design, SEO, credit control and admin.

    Today, I am responsible of the company accounts and work closely with my colleague Ellen to ensure the business runs smoothly at all times!

    Life is very busy, working and looking after my two little boys (and my husband!).

    I am a big movie fan, particularly classic science fiction films such as The Terminator.
