My role is all about brand‑new enquiries, reaching out to businesses across the UK, starting the conversation, and understanding what they actually need from their online presence. I don’t deal with existing clients; I’m focused purely on new prospects and fresh opportunities.
Most of my day is spent talking to business owners, plumbers, builders, electricians, security firms and more, digging into what’s working for them and what isn’t. Maybe their website is outdated, maybe it’s invisible on Google, or maybe they’ve never had one at all. Whatever the situation, I explain what a proper website with real SEO behind it could do for their business.
Before I book anyone in with our team, I make sure I understand their goals and the problems they’re trying to solve. That way, the conversation they have next is relevant, useful, and worth their time.
